Lordeshwar Bhagwan, a man in his mid-forties has claimed to be the only son of God and having supernatural powers to heal

Lordeshwar means, the son of God. It is not just that I am claiming anything but I am the God. I know I am the God, says the Lordeshwar Bhagwan, who is said to be from Maharashtras Jalgaon District.

I dont think just about the welfare of any particular district or State of any country. I believe in doing good for the Maha-Rashtra meaning the whole world, he said in an interview to the Sahara TV channel.

When asked that if there was a scientific basis for his claims, he said: I dont need to prove myself before anyone. I am already certified but there are some people who are not ready to accept it as a fact. Of course, I am beyond any science.

Lordeshwar Bhagwans actual name was R.C.Mishr who originally hails from Jaipurs Pushkar and is said to have renounced his family in 1992. Since then he has managed to raise many Ashrams in various parts of the country.
