Rapaport to hold Rough Emerald Tender Jaipur, India - December 17-21

The Rapaport Group is pleased to announce our Rough Emerald Tender offering more than 250,000 carats of gem and commercial quality Colombian rough emeralds.

The tender will be held in Jaipur, India from December 17 - 21, 2006. The four-day tender will provide cutters an excellent opportunity to acquire better quality rough that will upgrade Indias gem manufacturing sector. It is the first time that large quantities of Colombian rough emeralds are being offered for tender in India. The tendering process will assure fair access to rough supplies for all cutters.

No decision on EPF rate
